This smooth transition from our warehouse to the carrier means your items are always in good hands. Delivery by parcel service will always be carried out as soon as possible and without prior contact. Larger items will be delivered by a cooperating carrier.

When your order reaches its destination, we offer convenient curbside delivery. This means the package will be delivered to the first accessible area for the vehicle, making it easier for you to receive. Whether it's your home driveway or the front of your office building, we aim to make the delivery process as hassle-free as possible. Just be ready to greet your package at the curbside.

Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to check the package and sign the Proof of Delivery (POD). This is your moment to ensure everything is in perfect condition. If you notice anything amiss or if the package seems tampered with, make sure to note it on the POD. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and this step helps us maintain our commitment to delivering quality service. If any defects or damages are detected during assembly, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Delivery Cost and Times

Typically, our delivery takes only a few days, ensuring that every item reaches you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. You can expect a call from our carrier before delivery to keep you updated and ensure you're ready to receive your parcel. Small items delivered by a parcel delivery service will be delivered without prior notice. If you are not at home, the parcel company will leave a name card with the phone number, allowing you to arrange a suitable date for redelivery.

Whether you're nestled in a hidden corner of the countryside or tucked away in a secluded spot, we're committed to getting your order to you. For these special deliveries, additional charges may apply due to the extra effort and resources required. Rest assured, we will always communicate any extra costs upfront and work diligently to ensure your package reaches you. We charge to deliver to places within postcode ranges 62000-62999 and 83000-98999.

Collection by the Customer & Other Inquiries
